feat(frontend): replace mock panels with live data sources

- dashboard: load container summary, machine overview, mysql service ledger, active delivery tasks and recent task logs in parallel via Promise.allSettled so one failed source does not block the page
- tenants: back panels with real container summary and mapped Wayne namespaces per business line
- subsystem detail: render real subsystem data instead of mock profile
- components.d.ts: auto-generated ElTag registration
