feat: 搭建多岗位简历 CI/CD 自动化部署

- 重构目录结构：css/、resume/、other/ 分离公共资源与简历页面 - 主简历迁移至 resume/index.html，路径指向 /resume - 新增导航页 /other，基础架构工程师和网络安全工程师两份简历 - 全局样式 css/resume.css 由所有简历共享 - 新增 Dockerfile 和 nginx.conf，基于 nginx:alpine 容器化部署 - 新增 .gitea/workflows/deploy.yml，推送到 main 自动构建部署 - 更新 README.md 记录项目结构和添加新简历流程 - 删除无用脚本 convert.js、convert.py、download_font.js

+## 添加新岗位简历
+
+1. 在 `other/` 下新建目录，如 `other/frontend-dev/`
+2. 复制任意一份已有简历作为模板
+3. 修改目标职位、技术栈标签、线上简历链接等
+4. 更新 `other/index.html` 导航页，添加新简历链接
+5. 更新 `nginx.conf`，添加对应的 location 块
+6. 推送到 main 分支，自动部署
+
+## 部署方式
+
+推送到 `main` 分支后，Gitea Actions 自动执行：
+1. 克隆仓库
+2. 构建 Docker 镜像（nginx:alpine）
+3. 停止旧容器，启动新容器
+4. 映射端口 8080 → 80
