feat: 荣誉奖项新增两条并优化排版布局

- 右侧新增七牛云 XEngineer 开源实训项目（三等奖）和 WaytoAGI 飞书全球黑客松（创意奖）
- 添加七牛云和飞书图标
- 调整荣誉奖项左右比例为 55%/45%，添加虚线分隔
- 奖项等级样式与实习经历岗位文本统一（12px, #888）
- 移除所有荣誉奖项的日期显示
- 右侧奖项等级靠右对齐
