feat: 添加纯文本简历及 /txt 路由

- 基于主简历重新构建 resume.txt，分模块便于复制粘贴到招聘系统 - 同步主简历最新内容（七牛云认证网关、PG HA、Ansible MySQL 等） - 补齐荣誉奖项（七牛云 XEngineer、飞书黑客松） - nginx 新增 location = /txt 路由，返回纯文本 - Dockerfile 新增 COPY resume.txt 到镜像
