feat: init project with distributed lock implementation

Browse Source 
- Add DistributedLock with Acquire/Release/Refresh using Lua scripts
- Add AcquireWithRetry with configurable retry interval and max retries
- Add integration tests for all lock operations
- Add .env for Redis connection (gitignored)
